Legal information
General Terms and Conditions
Updated: October 2026
1. Scope and providers
These terms and conditions apply to services booked through axis-physio.ch or directly with the following two legally and economically independent sole proprietorships:
AXIS Physio, owner: Regina Schüld
for physiotherapy, pelvic floor physiotherapy, Mami Check-up, yoga and classes.
Robert-Massage, owner: Robert Szögi
for all massage services.
AXIS is a shared brand and public presence. Your contractual partner is exclusively the sole proprietorship offering and providing the service concerned.
The two sole proprietorships manage their bookings, revenue, invoices and payments separately.
2. Booking and conclusion of contract
Appointments and classes can be booked online, by phone, email, message or in person, depending on the service.
A booking or its confirmation creates a binding reservation for the appointment or class place.
Online bookings are subject to the terms and conditions incorporated at the time of booking.
3. Prices and payment
The prices communicated on the website, in the booking system or by the respective provider at the time of booking apply.
Payment is made directly to the sole proprietorship providing the service, using its available payment methods.
Any reimbursement by health or supplementary insurance does not affect the obligation to pay the provider.
4. Cancellations and non-attendance
Appointments and booked classes may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before they begin.
Cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand and non-attendance are charged at 100% of the booked amount, or the session is deducted from the pass.
Exceptions apply to short-notice cancellations for verifiable health reasons. In such cases, the appointment is not charged and the class is not deducted from the pass.
The time the cancellation is received by the respective provider is decisive.
5. Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy and pelvic floor physiotherapy are provided by AXIS Physio, owner Regina Schüld.
Private physiotherapy treatments may also be booked without a medical referral.
Where physiotherapy can be billed to health insurance, the applicable statutory and insurance requirements apply.
The Mami Check-up is a private, 60-minute service offered independently of a medical referral.
6. Massage and supplementary insurance
Massage services are provided by Robert-Massage, owner Robert Szögi.
Robert Szögi is ASCA- and EMR-recognised. Depending on the supplementary insurance and insurance model, part of the treatment costs may be reimbursed.
Clients are responsible for checking their individual cover directly with their insurer before treatment. Reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
7. Yoga and classes
Yoga and classes are offered by AXIS Physio, owner Regina Schüld.
Multi-session passes are personal and non-transferable.
5-session passes are valid for 3 months from purchase.
10-session passes are valid for 6 months from purchase.
Booked classes may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the class starts.
For later cancellations or non-attendance, the session is deducted from the pass. The exception for verifiable health reasons under section 4 still applies.
If health reasons prevent attendance for an extended period, the pass may be paused by agreement and its validity extended accordingly.
If AXIS Physio cancels a class, no session is deducted from the pass. Payments already made for a service that cannot be made up are credited or refunded.
8. Health information
Before treatment or class attendance, clients must disclose health information that may be relevant to safe and professional delivery.
This includes current symptoms, injuries, illnesses, pregnancy, recent operations and other relevant health changes.
If there is uncertainty about suitability for treatment or class attendance, a prior medical assessment may be recommended.
9. Treatment, class attendance and personal responsibility
All treatments and classes take individual circumstances into account and follow the professional standards applicable to the service.
The course and outcome of treatment or training depend on various individual factors. A specific treatment outcome, complete freedom from symptoms or a particular physical result therefore cannot be guaranteed.
Clients are responsible for reporting pain, discomfort or other relevant changes during treatment or classes.
The services do not replace necessary medical diagnosis or emergency care.
10. Late arrival
If you arrive late, treatment time may be shortened so that subsequent appointments can start on time.
The agreed price remains payable in full.
11. Cancellation by the provider
If the provider must cancel an appointment or class for an important reason, an alternative date will be offered where possible.
If no alternative can be offered or agreed, no charge applies for the cancelled service. Payments already made are credited or refunded.
12. Liability
Each sole proprietorship is responsible exclusively for the services it offers and provides and is liable within statutory provisions.
Liability for consequences of withheld, incomplete or inaccurate information about relevant health circumstances is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory liability provisions remain unaffected.
13. Privacy and confidentiality
Personal, health and patient data are treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection law.
Data relating to a particular service are generally the responsibility of the sole proprietorship with which the service is requested or booked.
Further details on personal data processing and use of this website are set out in the privacy policy.
14. Changes to the terms
AXIS Physio and Robert-Massage may update the terms for their respective services as necessary.
Bookings already concluded are generally governed by the version incorporated when the contract was made.
15. Governing law
Swiss law applies.
