Enquiries and data relating to massage services are the responsibility of Robert-Massage, owner Robert Szögi, Chlausjägergasse 5, 6403 Küssnacht am Rigi, Switzerland. Contact: info@robert-massage.ch · +41 76 409 93 91. The two sole proprietorships are legally and economically independent.
This policy explains which personal data are processed when you visit the website or contact us. It is based primarily on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP/DSG). Where applicable, GDPR requirements are also taken into account.
2. Website visits and server logs
When you access this website, technically necessary connection data are processed. These may include your IP address, date and time, requested page, data volume, browser, operating system and referring website. Processing supports secure, stable and efficient website operation, error analysis and abuse prevention. Log data are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes or legal obligations.
3. Contacting us
If you contact AXIS by email or phone, the information you provide is used to respond, arrange appointments and support any subsequent treatment or class attendance. Contact details are not used for other purposes without a legal basis.
The enquiry form does not store messages on the web server. It opens your own email app with a prepared message. Please share particularly sensitive health data only when necessary for your enquiry.
Online booking for group classes and 1:1 training
For online bookings, your name, email address, phone number, selected appointment and optional notes are stored to reserve and manage your appointment. This includes confirmations, reminders, class pass management and cancellations. Authorised AXIS staff can access booking data. Marketing messages are sent only with separate, voluntary consent. Please do not enter detailed health information in the notes field.
To help the booking page open faster, this website may prepare a connection to AXIS booking in advance. No booking or health information is transmitted in doing so.
4. Cookies and local storage
Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. No booking or health data are stored for this purpose.
AXIS does not use analytics or marketing cookies on this website. The choice to load the map applies only to the current page and is not stored permanently.
Locally hosted fonts and images load directly from this website without connecting to external analytics or font providers. The external map loads only when you explicitly click to enable it.
5. External booking, map and partner services
Online massage booking and the ASCA and EMR directories open as external links. You leave the AXIS website only when you click. Data processing there is governed by the respective providers’ privacy policies.
Google Maps
The embedded Google Maps map loads only after you click “Show map”. This establishes a connection to Google and transmits information including your IP address. Further processing is governed by Google’s privacy policy. You can remove the loaded map from the current page using “Privacy settings” in the footer. “Get directions” and “View parking” open Google Maps in a new window.
6. Recipients and data disclosure
Personal data are disclosed to service providers only as necessary to operate the website, communicate, manage appointments or fulfil legal obligations. AXIS does not sell personal data. Where service providers process data abroad, AXIS ensures an adequate level of protection or appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention and security
Personal data are retained only as long as required by their purpose, a contractual relationship or legal retention duties. AXIS takes appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Completely risk-free internet transmission cannot, however, be guaranteed.
8. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data and object to certain processing. Where legal conditions are met, you may also request the release or transfer of data. To exercise your rights, contact info@axis-physio.ch. Appropriate proof of identity may be requested.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.edoeb.admin.ch.
9. Changes
This privacy policy may be updated when services, technical processes or legal requirements change. The version published on this website applies.
